In Mexico City, millions chant, "You Bao Xia" every Tuesday morning at 11:34.   Oh, it's very popular outside of China and Thailand.  I told them, tell Jingthing!!!!!  guess you didn't get the message....

Pad Thai is hit or miss, usually miss. Most of my Thai friends don't eat it, which speaks volumes. But in a small village in the Congo, Pad Thai rules the land!!!!!

Stir fried.....yea, not all oils are the same.  or sugar, msg, who knows........I own a 5-star restaurant in Argentina and my Polish chef makes Pad Thai with lemons procured from the shores of Chile.   $393 USD per ounce.   We've never had a Thai customer.

Almost any food article is worthless.....

Use limes.

Had never heard of You Bao Xia before so looked it up to find it is rarely found outside a specific district in Shanghai. How the heck did that dish rate so high?!? Something is very fishy.

Living in Thailand my Pad krapao to Pad Thai ratio is about 100 to 1. However I do eat Pad see ew fairly often. Great if it has the chi of the wok.

Agree. That served in Makro is far superior to that in Lotus, Phitsanulok.

Indeed, a spoonful(s) of sugar doesn't help it go down.

I always ask no salt, no sugar, minimum MSG. Still tastes OK.

Would think it tastes better, it is the sugar that really ruins it for me, I don't want a dessert.

Not even a Thai dish, it's Chinese that did not appear in Thailand until the 40's.
