No.  I mean smartphone cameras.  There have always been untreated crazies acting out.  But we didn't see them unless we

were eyewitnesses.

There was a report on the news here a few years ago about a guy and a dog , they had a clip of the dog on TV but had pixilated out its face, presumably to preserve its dignity :cheesy:

Priceless... I'm not doubting this stuff...so upto 5pc...I'm sitting on a busy train of say around 100 passengers. 5 of my fellow commuters therefore have shagged a goat.
