Thailand Digital Arrival Card

Featured Replies

Hello guys my family are planning visiting on the 7th of June for 2 weeks and my Dad is trying to to the arrival card online and won't accept his arrival date.

Has anyone else heard of similar issues or you think he would be OK just doing it in the airport?  Or try another browser 🙂

3 days ahead.  That's the limit.  Tell him to wait until June 4th.

Can only be done a maximum of 3 days in advance.  All other dates are greyed out and cannot be selected.  If typed in manually it'll show an error message.

Thanks Team prompt as always!

Did it a few days ago - I must say I was impressed.

Having gone through numerous CoE (Certificate of Entry) processes before (Covid era) which were riddled with bugs and hiccups and an ever changing and evolving process...   Then the online reporting TM28 debacle, when the website sometimes works, sometimes doesn't etc...  I wasn't expecting smooth sailing with this - I was wrong.

Very easy - took mere minutes to fill out before boarding. No issues whatsoever.

Its going to speed up immigration arrivals significantly - hopefully it will have a huge impact on queues...

Even the Immigration officers seemed a little more 'relaxed' as they had less to input, they simply cross-checked data...

I think this is one of the best improvements to the 'arrival process' of Thailand in a long time.
