A stabbing occurred in the early hours of the morning of 26 May, at a Chinese restaurant on Pattaya Second Road, leaving a Chinese national seriously injured. The incident was reported at approximately 00:40 to Pol. Lt. Col. Suchart Dusadee, Deputy Inspector of Pattaya City Police Station.

Emergency responders from the Sawang Boriboon Thammasathan Rescue Foundation and officers from Pattaya Police Station were immediately dispatched to the scene.

Upon arrival, authorities found a Chinese male suffering from a stab wound to his left ribcage. Rescue personnel provided emergency aid before rushing the victim to hospital for urgent treatment.

At the scene, on the upper floor of the restaurant in private room V6, officers discovered signs of a struggle, including visible bloodstains on the floor and walls. Friends of the victim had managed to subdue and detain the attacker before police arrived. A knife, believed to have been used in the assault, was recovered from the suspect.

Witnesses told police that the victim had no prior connection to the assailant. While the group was drinking in the private room, the heavily intoxicated Chinese suspect, reportedly burst in uninvited. After being cursed at and ordered to leave by the victim, the intruder became enraged and retaliated by stabbing him.

The suspect is in police custody as investigations continue.

Still looking for more high quality tourists from China?

The Chinese tourists are changing..... no longer the docile groups following a cuddly toy on a stick!

Just another country sending their angry mentally deranged here.

China is in a financial crisis.  The majority of them out on holiday are either the very rich, or the criminal elements.   The rich spoiled, loud, and expecting to get their way are possibly these characters in segment.   I traveled through Korea, while on public transportation all were quiet, as is tge custom.  All except  this one loud Chinese guy talking super loud on his phone.
