Thailand's former Prime Minister Thaksin Shinawatra has launched a stinging critique against the Medical Council for what he claims is a breach of ethical standards. This comes as a response to the council’s disciplinary actions against three doctors over his previous hospital treatment while serving a prison sentence

Of course he would, because if they're guilty then so is he...

The truth hurts sometimes.   You cannot fool all of the people all of the time.   He should have quit when he was still ahead.

  • Thaksin wants to lecture the medical council on ethics? Mr. Thaksin. You have to be joking.

He must have distributed a lot of pastry boxes . Now he seems to be upset that he is being exposed.

Based on Thai system of operating he has every right to be pissed off. He paid good monies to a host of people to cook up the books in his favor. Now that the truth is starting to unravel he should be compensated ie return the bribes he paid. 😬😬😬

Ethics? Another untouchable who believes the law doesn’t apply to him because of his wealth. Its obvious he’s suffering from Napoleon syndrome and the sooner he and his family get removed from Thai politics the better.

You have to feel for the Doctors who, because of the dark influence Tony weilds, were forced into this knowing it was wrong. Mai Pen Rai, would have been the response from Tony. I will protect you'.

Yep, just like he protected his red shirt followers thrown in jail or his sister from being exiled and the list goes on.

There is no level low enough for this guy and yet some still swoon over him.

From my Thai daughter in laws' mother and her siblings...

Yeah but he loves the essan people.

As a personal gift he has several time given them thank you cash to help with transport to get to a poling booth.

That' real kindness.

All will be forgotten and finally vanish and never have happened. And it is this thought that gives him the wicked power to do what he has to do
