That's the same prejudiced insult another uses here and although it's a joke, some here aren't using it that way. I'm wondering if you are. Most Aussies aren't descendants from convicts. I'm well aware of the joke, so before you open said mouth, think a little.

Actually, I take offense when others are trashed because of prejudice or ignorance. It's the reason so many die every year for generations. 

 

It's like taking the side against a bully. It's not easy, because they have their flying monkeys, but it's necessary because prejudice doesn't die when it's still alive somewhere.

 

Like i said, calling people Polack, Wop, White Trash, Pom, Convict, Criminal, Moron, Dickhead, et al, is okay as long as it's friends with friends. Some use it, like smiling emojis, as a subtle attack on them, and others plain blatant out in the open are against other nationalities, races or creeds. It isn't easy to separate them, especially in an online forum without emotions or facial signs. I don't assume, just reading what I see. If you meant it as a joke, no problem.
