When single I always used a condom. Always. It's not just about HIV. There are dozens of lifelong STIs.

But most of them aren't stopped by condoms!

HIV yes, HPV no, Herpes no.

Can't think of any other lifetime STIs.

Was she a virgin when you met her?

And if she wasn’t did you take her take down to the clinic to get her tested first?

She could have anything.

That is the question.

You're an idiot

I did have both my Thai LTRs tested before moving in with them.

This is irrelevant considering the amount of shagging that goes on here outwith the spouse, him and her...

Any my understanding is that it's benign and the dangers are blown out of proportion.

But no going to dig up links from (non-reputable) sources.

HIV is not benign. It is  a chronic disease and the complications that arise as one ages are serious and life altering, In Thailand, many people transition to  AIDs because they do not have access to the  medical care and support needed to keep it from transitioning.

The disease is not blown out of proportion. I wish this on no one.  People who downplay the risks are the reason why the disease still exists in large numbers.

I'm not advocating sleeping around with thousands of partners unprotected.

90? it says 67 there right?

I'm very skeptical of CDC so I'm curious if gay men have overlapped into some of the other categories.

Deep apologies to you and the board.

I misread and thought the 22% bisexual or rando homosexual encounter.

22% is the normies.

Well, let's all have a great pride month and be proud that 2/3 of HIV is spread through gay pride

i think drinking so much beer helps flush out the system before the virus can attach itself but not sure. And showering and soaping up maybe helps.

I thought Trink was dead, yet here he is.

Super G - that's pretty lifetime , Syphilis.

Not life threatening but I'd say HPV  genital warts, herpes very possible condom reduces risk. I always wore a condom as an adult and have none of these. Anecdotal sure

A dozen debilitating infections. Even Chlamydia could indirectly threaten life of woman left untreated

Circumcision is the way to go if you don't like wearing johnny's.

Reduces your chances of catching it by up to 70%

Mark.

Sorry but I am not going to get snipped at my ripe old age. Will use the old Joe bag.

It isn’t good news.

I admit I am guilty of not using condoms unless made to. They are annoying.

And most of the Thai women don’t seem to care either.

It only takes one and you have HIV for life.

Hundreds of thousands of Thais are HIV positive.

I might go and get a test today.

Please don´t try a career as a doctor.

If that's your hypothesis maybe it's time to switch to Lao Khao just to be certain.

Promoting male sexual mutilation?

Risk of man catching from an infected woman is 1 in 5000.

So if 1 in 10 women were infected, you'd need 50,000 unprotected shags with random women to 100% catch it. (CDC figures)

I did have both my Thai LTRs tested before moving in with them.

So even less chance.

So, similar odds to getting creamed on a scooter.  But a lot of the same guys ragging on the helmetless don't object to going into a short-timer unprotected.

It is not mutilation. You don't agree with the practice, so just leave it at that. No need to invent idiotic claims.

Are you even aware that  there are multiple circumcision techniques and methods?

Some now PREP but that's only scary safeguard. I'm sure taking that medicine has a debilitating impact on your immune system especially over long period of time.

It's worth building up your knowledge, currently it's pi ss poor

Enlighten me oh gay one.

A lifetime on heavy antibiotics has no impact on the body and ones immune system? Seems everything I read points to taking as few antibiotics as infrequently as possible.

Syphilis is treated with penicillin, unless you let it get to stage 3 then it's too late

A example of pi ss poor knowledge, PrEP isn't an antibiotic

I just looked on Red Cross Bangkok website 2.5% (287) of those tested between Jan and Apr (11,658) were HIV+.

Most of the guys who don't use a condom don't get tested so many are carriers of HIV.

Daft not to use PrEP if having multiple sex worker partners
