800k or 65k regular income for O visa?

The financial requirements for retirement means you do not have access to funds.

Break financial requirements then need start over.

Address the OP. He has not transferred any funds at this point. 

Their option is to transfer 1.6 mil baht to enable extension from non O. 

That has significant opportunity cost.

The OP even pointed out far more than option of agent extensions.
