BTW the 400k tied up for very short period. 

 

What do you mean "bonus cash on hand" 

The financial requirements for retirement means you do not have access to funds.

Break financial requirements then need start over.

Their option is to transfer 1.6 mil baht to enable extension from non O. 

That has significant opportunity cost.

The OP even pointed out far more than option of agent extensions.
