Goes in septic tank, I think, then overflow to ground (concrete rings thingy), I think. There's 2 'ring holes' (large covers) for overflow, and 4 septic tanks. We only have 2 toilets. Also a septic & overflow in the garden for the toilet she built out there 🙄 We have nothing like that. Simply a round concrete cover out in the lawn, with a removable plate on the top which my Mrs gets a truck to come about a year to flush it out, stinks somewhat. Tha's it.

The added advantage to the septic tank, and sh!t eating bacteria. 2.5 years old, and never needing emptying. Same with 2nd house, again, had the large round septic tanks & bacteria or whatever it is. 1st house had just the rings, and I didn't know about speptic tanks & bacteria, so yea, need truck to empty every year or so. The reason for no TP in toilets. Now all TP is suppose to be biodegradable. But still good not to flush down. 1

Most toilet paper we get is so thin, it will biodegrade in water alone. Isn't it marvellous that a thread about BM2 missus not wanting to give him a share of her money, to biodgradeable bog paper. Rock on AN! 1

I was out of more years than in relationships. Big respect to those that managed to have a happy life & raise kids. Was way too easy for me in retirement, having plenty of time & money. Along with only 1 kid. Can't imagine me doing that, in any of my relationship, or with the limited funds I had most of the time. Life would have sucked. 1 1

Even if married..... thai law is specific in that any assets previous to marriage belong 100% to the individual ( any acquired later are joint property ) Not quite as simple as that. Cash is an asset and yes, cash you can prove you had prior to marriage is yours but if you decide to buy something, say land, with that cash, although the original amount paid remains yours, any uplift in value becomes joint property. Likewise in this case, his wife can sell the land and keep the cash but if she buys something with it, he would be entitled to half of any uplift in value of that asset from the date of purchase. However, as many Thai property deals are conducted at shall we say, prices that are less than is actually paid, proving how much an asset has been sold for can be very difficult. The above was explained to me by my Thai lawyer during a divorce. 1

Myself, would never make a claim against my wife for whats in her name in Thailand. However, neither of us have kids, so it makes it easier regarding we do not have a kid or kids together. I would maybe not let my wife sell family land if she wanted to, but I positive she never would or need to. She knows the value of land for future security
