Hi, I have a house, which I have been living in for the last 2 years near Robinson's, Chalong, and over this time I have had 4 tradesmens in to fix our leaky roof. Some have been back many times. The last time, it leaked so bad our ceiling caved in and dropped into the kitchen.. 

It is leaking mainly from the gutter, (which was totally replaced) in a couple of places. It does have corrugated concrete asbestos roof which if I could find someone competent to remove it and replace the roof I would be happy to do that. I know when it is disturbed it can be a health hazard.

This roofing material is just over the kitchen in the back of the house, and over the verandah/carport in front of the house. 

Also any suggestions of what is a good option to replace them with.

I would like to renovate the kitchen but not until I know the leaking is 100% fixed.

Get the inside of the roof lined with heavy duty plastic, a common repair.

 

The real issue in general is that the overlap between tiles is too little, allowing water entry, in the UK the accepted overlap is 1/3 of the tile+

I would check at the roof peak .... good chance the wind is blowing water up and under the coping......
