Susan, have you ever actually been to Thailand or are you just the international travel expert from your mum’s basement? Honestly, with all those years of rent-free living, you’d think you could’ve scraped together enough for a budget airline ticket by now. Or are you still saving up for that first big day out to the local shopping mall in Sydney first?

Crap topic.

You're never been to Thailand. It's so obvious.

First correct information you ever posted.

So you would pay 1990 baht

If that is the price on the menu for the meal I select, Yes.

Wrong title IMHO.

This is something I would give this name. "Pollo Tonnato with Foccacia".

Unfortunatley I don't have a shot from the chicken club sandwich my wife makes.

Eccellente.

If they made a decent sub sandwich here, I would pay the same as I do back in Texas, about 350 baht for a foot long chicken made in various forms. I've had Subway here and they aren't the same, although Subway to me is generic anyway, even though I do get them sometimes when I'm back home. When I visited Vietnam I had a Banh Mi every other day, and they're simple but great. There is one place in Austin, Texas run by a Viet that makes them comparable to those in Vietnam, average prices around 300 Baht. Like Schoggibueb showed, if you make your own bread, and get imported ingredients besides the chicken itself, you can come close.
