The property has no documents/paper,but has a registered owner at the land office. Q: Can the registered owner transfer the ownership(in the computer/digital) at the land office when there is no paper/documents of the property?

A quick google search give lots of information about Sor Kor 1 document, the land is not owned, the document is a record of who occupies the land.

While Sor Kor 1 (ส.ค. 1), a land claim document, is not a title deed and doesn't signify ownership, it can be transferred, but only in a limited way. Specifically, it can be transferred by inheritance or by the current holder physically handing over the document and possession of the land to another person. However, it cannot be legally sold, mortgaged, or transferred in a formal way like a title deed.

Thank you! The property in question has no papers..gone or never been not sure. Do you think land office (or amphur?)has it on record and would be able to print new documents?

Sor Kor 1 (ส.ค. 1) is only a notification of possession based on a law of 1954 called the land code.  It was issued decades ago to farmers who occupied state land. It is not a title deed and carries very limited rights. The person may live on the land and farm it, but you cannot register a sale, lease, mortgage, usufruct or any other real right at the Land Office. The document can pass to heirs, and in many areas it may be upgraded.  First to a Nor Sor 3 (I think unless it changed) and later to a Chanote (full title) after a new survey and a public-notice period. Get info directly at the land department.
