A black panther was recently spotted near a butterfly-watching area at Kaeng Krachan National Park in Phetchaburi. This rare sighting underscores the park's rich biodiversity, as butterfly season concludes, according to Park Chief Mongkhon Chaiphakdee.
Mongkhon shared photos of the panther, expressing delight at this indication of a thriving ecosystem, where rare wildlife finds refuge.
Visitors frequent the park during this season to marvel at the diverse butterfly species. Meanwhile, park rangers maintain active patrols to safeguard against deforestation and encroachment, ensuring a safe habitat for all species.
Authorities advise the public to follow safety guidelines when encountering wildlife:
Maintain a safe distance, stopping vehicles at least 30 metres away.
Avoid loud noises.
Refrain from feeding wild animals to prevent unpredictable behaviour.
This commitment to conservation highlights the park's success in providing a sanctuary for rare and diverse wildlife.

Just like V. M. Blokhin too.
I had to look this guy up online. Blokhin lived in the Soviet Union and was an executioner there during the 1920s. I saw no references to his preferences for economies.
