It would have never occurred to me to borrow money from a restaurant. I'll try that the next time I eat out.

I am impresses actually. It is one thing to stiff them for the bill, but to borrow from the owner to tip the staff is astounding!

I think it’s a typing error. The food smelled bland, so no FRAGRANT offence
