Can 90 day report be done online while in another province?

Featured Replies

As the title says, can a 90 day report be done online while on holiday in another province?

Can the system can detect a phone's location?

I do not know the specific system used by the 90-day online reporting, or their rules and requirements, but a website CAN detect the location of the web request.

The location (as detected by the website) can be modified when using a VPN service with servers at different locations.

No.

As posted above . 90 day reporting online or via Mail can be done from anywhere in Thailand.

By way of example I'm located in Bangkok and stayed on Samed for 7 months.

Zero issue with reporting from that location twice.

Sone also told me that no reporting is needed if you are out of the country.  Not sure if it still applies since there are many changes in the rules.

If you are staying in a hotel, while on holiday, they may file a TM30 for you, and now your TM30 and TM47 will be "out of sync".

So your TM47 (online) may be rejected, as it does not match your holiday TM30.

And you may want to file a new TM30 when you return to your 'main' domicile.

The 90-day clock turns off when you depart Thailand, and restarts at day 1 when you reenter.

If it CAN Be done Online, Then Why does my Visa Agent want to CHARGE me 500 Baht for doing it for me ??

In some instances must be done in person, ie after return from travel abroad.

Also is your agent also obtaining annual extension.

What address is being used.

In any event use of agent is optional.

Cheap.

I deal with CW. After trip abroad and needing to attend in person it will take me half a day.

I would be happy to pay 500b to have it done.

To each their own.

If your extension was obtained from a Provincial Imm Office other than where you live, then you won't know the address used.

Going to use my pink ID card to check in if necessary. Let the missus check in and hide round the corner when she does😆

I'm not a mind reader.

It's not clear what agent is actually doing.

In any event take it up with your agent.

Not happy with 500b then do it yourself

Previous Agents have just posted the " Slip of Paper " to me Included in the price I Paid for my extension,But THIS Agent won't do that She needs me to transfer the 500 Baht every 90 Days BEFORE She will send the slip to me !!

Not happy with 500b then do it yourself....Can't Do That as Nong Khai Imm. Won't do 90 Day reports from Agents.....

Surprise surprise.

Your posts are off topic.

Use an agent for extensions and deal with issues such as 90 report or do extensions yourself.

Don't complain.

UPDATE

Just got an online 90 days approval while on holiday in another province.

So, yes it can be done.

PS The missus checked in to the hotel and I wasn't asked for any ID at all , so  my TM30 is still  unaffected.
