This is not strictly true, there is one soi, and it is a back alley off 7/1 that has become a toilet, though it is much better recently because the plastic chairs late-night scene has been curtailed

Twe faced bunch of idiots, one rule for Thai's another for non Thai's.... its a daily occurance with Thai men Pissing on the Beach,  and many other public places too,  the stench is overpowering Walking St.. end of the Beach where  Motorbike Taxi drivers  and POLICE  piss on the sand

I'd wager this would just entice more Indians to sleep on the beach and do sponge baths in the public toilets. Good idea on the surface but public toilets usually draw homeless and low rent tourists.

When I drove in Thailand, I regularly stopped to urinate alongside the road, with the hazard lights flashing on my Nissan Pick-up. When you suffer from an enlarged benign prostate gland, one has to quickly pee almost anywhere if one does not want to soak one's lower clothing!

The amount of Thai's I see pissing on the side of the road here in Bangkok, especially Taxi drivers, I thought it was normal business here.

Taxi drivers are pissin on the sidewalk right at the end of sukhumvit soi 11 in Bkk everyday. Where is the fake outrage there?
