How can someone run a YouTube-based business full time while living in Thailand?

Much of the internet is a fantasy.  

How do you know for sure they live in Thailand?

Maybe they come on holiday a month a year, film all their shots and return somewhere else to edit, post, live.

This is normal with feature films.  Film 30-90 days on location, then it gets released 2-3 years later.
