I'm shocked no one has accused Trump of planning a hotel resort in South Sudan to house all those guys going on vacation down there. 

 

First eight arrivals expected any minute.

That radical  judge Murphy is from my home town . He needs to be removed from his position ! He bucked the Scotus decision a couple of times!

 congress needs to pass a bill that punishes judges for negligence of Scotus decisions.

 

These 8 hoodlums are from

South Sudan, Vietnam,Mexico,Laos, Cuba, Myanmar and South Korea.

There's no realistic chance of him being impeached but someone should raise a disbarring action against him. He doesn't need his lawyers licence to be a judge but the embarrassment of disbarrment and the hearing involved would be painful for him.

Any and all deportations should only be to country of citizenship. I have no sympathies for any non citizens, who breach the law, incliding visa conditions, in a host country, being shunted back to where they came from, after due process.

To ask a MAGA dementor who is the biggest enemy of their version of America would not elicite the expected answers. Instead they would cite undocumented workers who slave away in the menial tasks that keep the country fed and running, and of course Biden's woke Lefties.

But what do you do if the lefties and activist judges won't allow you to deport them to their own country?  Let them roam around the USA and commit more crimes?  Or put them up in taxpayer paid accommodations?

 

Them being sent to a 3rd country isn't on Trump or Homan.  It's on the lefties who won't allow them to be sent home.

 

Edit:  Or it's on the countries that violate treaties by not taking their deported citizens back.

Just as Australia has done, keep them in detention until their home country agrees to the return (so long as free from repression. Alternatively for a UN Refugee signatory country will accept the. The downside to all of this is UN members are not living up to their commitments leaving millions in refugee camps for years. For the US to send detainees against their wish to a country with zero facilities / legal processes for detainees is a crime; if fact I would think a crime against humanity. As Old Croc posted above it is extortionary how low the Trump Administration has fallen, I assume under the influence of White Supremist who report directly to Trump as well ass many MAGA types wfo support such abuse and cruelty. The recent massive increase in the ICE budget is yet another terrible indication of where the USA heading

As I understand it, Australia keeps them in refugee camps on remote islands and Human Rights Watch is bigly unhappy about that.  I guess you can't please some folks no matter what you do.  And I seriously doubt that activist judges would allow the USA to house them in squalor like that.  (Edit:  And without the bennies and the 3 squares a day and money to send back home, most of the newcomers would self deport anyway)

 

In the meantime, the latest SIPP reports shows that 59% of non-citizen households are on some kind of gub'ment dole.  When we're over $35T in debt.  We just can't afford it.

I don't gloat over the family and individual misery that deportation causes the poor migrants who trusted the previous administrations and gave $10,000 (+/-) to the Cartels to illegally cross the border after uprooting whatever life they had back home.  I think the Dems should be held personally and collectively responsible for the catastrophe.  And reparations should come from the DNC budget so nobody's ever tempted to import voters again.

Only those that attempt to arrive by sea without a visa.  A great deal of debate regards this matter as contrary to UN Convention for Refugees. Some were kept in offshore camps for many years awaiting resettlement whilst costing the Australian government (tax payers) approx AUD400k p.a. p.p. Personally I though a very expensive solution and cruel. There was a deal on the table for Malaysia to accept those arriving by sea, but for reasons unknown to me rejected by Oz government.

 

As happens in the US and rarely mentioned, thousands arrive every year by aiy, then claim asylum, overstay visa for years etc With a population of approx 27 million we have around 60,000 staying illegally, including US citizens.

Yes, these are undocumented arrivals who have had their refugee claims dismissed and confirmed by independent review tribunals. They refuse to cooperate with removal to their home country. All can depart on the next available flight to their homes at any time by request.They choose to stay in the camps at Australia's expense for years with the hope they will eventually be accepted. These detention centers are Australian run and funded, with the host country benefitting from the economic boost it brings. They are not dumped in prisons in countries with tyrannical governments.

Governments like USA can exert economic or political pressure on smaller ountries to accept their citizens back. Vietnam used to refuse to accept their criminals back until an MOU was agreed with Australia. A case of mine was one of the first sent back. He murdered someone on the street following a traffic accident
