In this case you can state what you want. In my opinion illegal drugs, should be punished as I told. so far, I don´t think alcohol is an illegal drug, or do little Freddy have another opinion?

Freddy has common sense. Weed should have stayed legal all these years. Alcohol is legal and causes more deaths than weed will ever cause. Not my opinion. Yours yes. Referring to me as little must mean you're obese,as I'm hardly little.

No, the little was referring to a totally different thing. However, not very important. What things should have or not, is also irrelevant. It´s legal with alcohol and illegal with other drugs, as classified in many countries all over the world. That´s the really and the cold hard facts. In my opinion people should follow set rules and laws, as that is something that prevents anarchy and mayhem. In other words, different persons can not individually choose what laws to follow and which ones they can break. That´s like a part of the thing called democracy. Simply put one must accept the result or the outcome of things. Alternatively, one can form a group and voice an opinion. If the opinion gains enough power, and change will be possible. That is something which is harder in some country´s and more easy in others. It all depends on the way things are done, and how the constitution is written.

As a single individual, proclaiming to have common sense based on an individual opinion has no power at all.

People have made laws for many centuries, some of which are there from a lack of common sense, education, prejudice or plain ignorance. Many of these laws have been changed because that old school thinking and ignorance has been replaced by research, studies and more common sense. If something is wrong, you complain, and if enough complain, things change. .........Well, what then was the little referring to? Certainly not a lack of knowledge or  common sense on my part.

Are you sure? Your common sense, is based on your opinion. Are you sure that´s really common sense. Some people will agree with you, and some won´t. Does that mean if 35-40% disagree, they have no common sense?  Yeah, forgot, in your opinion, right? Sorry, that doesn´t make it right.

No, my common sense came naturally. Opinions mean nothing. I prefer evidence and facts. It doesn't matter who agrees with me. If they have the same knowledge on a subject, they'll understand. if they don't, they might have their opinions or will have to do the same research to get the truth. Fact is, marijuana has many positive qualities, along with a few negatives. The same as most everything in life. Alcohol in more than a small quantity hurts your body, and if used haphazardly, kills.

Ok, but here you have evidence and fact! Alcohol is legal. Cigarettes are legal. Most other drugs are illegal. Enough facts for you, or too much to handle in one day 🤣

Again assuming you know anything about anyone online. That you go by opinions is enough for me to understand you're capacity.

Most other drugs aren't illegal. There are illegal drugs and drugs you can only get with a prescription, many of which kill more people than the illegal ones.

Marijuana is legal in many places, and likely in most places eventually. The reasons are simple to understand. The reason some things are legal and some are not is ignorance. You think people should be punished for marijuana but many places disagree with that, again for a reason.

Dark ages thinking is why some people are sitting in jail for small amounts of weed and some are out after killing someone driving drunk. People in the US have been given 20 year sentences for weed yet it's becoming legal everywhere slowly, and some got out after 5 years for murder. Too much for you to fathom?

Ops! I was talking about recreational drugs and entertainment drugs that people get addicted to, not prescription drugs and what normally goes by the name medicine. Yeah, but the people that drink alcohol knows that´s a legal drug, as well as people use illegal drugs knows it´s punishable. Whatever floats you boat. If you wish to call it dark ages thinking, does not make it less a fact.

Then you say that people have been getting 20 years for weed, then I assume it was transporting a very substantial amount, right? Then if you say people get out after 5 years for murder, then you are talking 2 different things. If you get out after 5 years, then you probably got about 10 but out for good behavior. Get 20 for weed, means can get out for good behavior after 10.

And no, it was not to much for me to fathom. Neither is it anything wrong with my capacity. Yes, I think people should be punished for drugs if they are illegal in the country they chose to use them. You know, many people agree with that as well as disagree with it.

Is weed getting legal everywhere slowly???? As you can see below, is illegal in about 65% of the whole wide world. So, there was your capacity Freddy. 😂

Before weed was legalized in many states, many people got long sentences just for possession. Weed legalization has been growing and some countries will take a long time as they are controlled by dictators and communism.I already knew where it was and wasn't legal, as I approve of the drug even though I don't use it but occasionally. The more weed is shown to be helpful, especially to people with pain, the more it will be legalized. Most drugs come from legal substances but some are changed chemically. Again, alcohol is legal and kills many daily, and weed isn't killing anyone but helping many. I'm only talking about weed here and not other harder drugs. About the sentences, some people kill a human and get 5 years, and some are caught with personal drugs and get decades. That's where unstable, corrupt or plain ignorant court systems fail.

To stop or slow down you need draconic penalties

Better to legalize everything and get rid of most of the crime, drug cartels, etc. I'm sure that concept is above your comprehension level though.

I'll be happy when it's legal worldwide, even though I'm only an occasional user.

People will find drugs, and get addicted, whether they're legal or not. That's a personal thing and mindset. Crimes will always be committed and much of them have nothing to do with drugs but again, a mindset.

However, Guys like this is a disgrace for my country and should be locked away and forgotten. Just another total dork that thought he found an easy way to money. Guys like this should try real work that makes men of them, instead of living a life slowly killing other people. In my opinion all persons related to distributing illegal drugs, should be charged with attempted murder.

Your safe, I don't think this guys name is Arne Swenson or the like

So business as usual then? Keep on the path we're on that obviously doesn't work. At least those pot smokers will be locked up.

If drugs are easy to get without later punishments consumption will increase.

If you haven't noticed, consumption is very high. People aren't really concerned about punishment but the want to get high.

You could say the same about booze or smokes or even smartphones.
