Nowhere in the bar's official statement or the primary reporting (Las Vegas Sun, Daily Beast, etc.) does it say he was drunk or ejected for intoxication. They explicitly said it was upon becoming aware of the individual’s presence to maintain a safe environment for patrons,likely due to recognition . The "drunk" framing seems added for effect.
