I am getting this on many shops I look at. Are they finally cutting down on rogue traders.

There are still numerous vendors on both Sh and LZ selling the same products, using the same photos and advertising, but at different prices, and shipped from different places, sometimes from China, without them telling you.

Indeed, have ordered a pair of electron tubes from Lazada, marked “Made in the UK” haven't received them yet, they must be from China.
How are we being conned.
Similarly with Ali, recently ordered electronics parts from 2 different suppliers, from both the message that it has arrived but received nothing. Now Ali only wants to refund the cheapest supplier, the other one I would have received and is not refunded.

Yet another example, didn't want my Isuzu MU-X serviced at the dealer anymore, and ended up at a large chain with n.b. a Dutch owner.
According to Isuzu instructions, it should have 7 litres of oil (3.0 D), but the shop managed to sell me 8 litres instead of 7.
Already sent some letters of complaint but they keep on cheating.

I'm not sure what you mean by "rogue" here.

This message is mostly just warning you that the particular dealer might have stopped selling, but never taken down their page, in which case you might be wasting your time. If you still go ahead with the order, Shopee will automatically cancel it after a few days if the seller hasn't taken any action. Shopee also doesn't release money to the seller until you confirm that your purchase arrived and was correct, so you'll just get your money back if the seller turns out to be inactive.

I can't speak for Lazada, since I rarely shop there, but all of the listings on Shopee that I've dealt with (numbering in the hundreds) have always clearly stated if the product is being shipped from overseas (which of course means China 99.9% of the time). Shopee also warns you if the item is on pre-order, and when it's expected to ship, and those estimates have always been pretty accurate for my purchases.
