Well well well. Fani Willis. Letitia James. Now Adam Schiff. The "it's blind justice, if you break the law you will be punished" narrative getting thrust up some very painful places. Love it! You were warned not to try jailing political opponents. And now look what you went and did😂

"Trump says ‘scam artist’ Adam Schiff must be ‘brought to justice’ for mortgage fraud after DOJ criminal referral"

There clearly is a 2-tier justice system, otherwise trump would be in prison.

Legal experts have noted that mortgage fraud involves intentionally providing false information during the mortgage application process with the intent to deceive lenders.

In Schiff’s case, there is no evidence to suggest that he intentionally misrepresented his primary residence with fraudulent intent. Moreover, the absence of formal charges or legal proceedings further complicates the assertion of criminal wrongdoing.

But I recall there is an infamous American who falls in that category, as has been reported multiple times.

His name slips my mind now, but it was with Deutsche bank mortgages, and probably some other banks

Agree.....

Yes, several Republican politicians have faced legal issues related to financial misconduct, including fraud and misrepresentation, though not all cases involve mortgage fraud specifically. Here are some notable examples:()

1. Chris Collins (New York)

Position: Former U.S. Representative for New York’s 27th congressional district.

Charges: Insider trading and making false statements.

Details: In 2018, Collins was arrested and charged with securities fraud and making false statements to the FBI. He allegedly tipped off his son about confidential information regarding a drug trial, leading to illegal stock trades. Collins resigned from Congress in 2019 and was sentenced to two years in prison.

2. Michael Grimm (New York)

Position: Former U.S. Representative for New York’s 11th congressional district.

Charges: Tax fraud, perjury, and hiring illegal immigrants.

Details: In 2014, Grimm pleaded guilty to felony tax fraud and admitted to hiring undocumented workers at his restaurant. He resigned from Congress in 2015 and served eight months in prison.

3. Micky Hammon (Alabama)

Position: Former Majority Leader of the Alabama House of Representatives.

Charges: Mail fraud.

Details: In 2017, Hammon pleaded guilty to using campaign funds for personal expenses, a scheme that occurred in 2013 and 2014. He was sentenced to three months in prison.

4. Joseph Harding (Florida)

Position: Former Florida state representative.

Charges: Wire fraud, money laundering, and making false statements.

Details: In 2023, Harding pleaded guilty to defrauding the Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) by falsifying loan applications to obtain over $150,000 in COVID-19 relief funds. He is scheduled for sentencing in 2025.

5. George Santos (New York)

Position: U.S. Representative for New York’s 3rd congressional district.

Charges: Wire fraud, money laundering, theft of public funds, and making false statements.

Details: In 2023, Santos was indicted on multiple federal charges related to fraudulent activities during his congressional campaign, including misrepresenting his finances and diverting campaign funds for personal use. He has pleaded not guilty and faces up to 20 years in prison if convicted.

A practice thats done by many, but only one faced charges due to an ovbvious witch hunt, the banks got repaid and said they would do business again.

The governor even had to make a statement the this would not happen to anyone else, because investors & contractors were looking elsewhere

Trump is the most investigated person in US history. He is also the cleanest person in US politics. 10 years of the entire DOJ all hands on deck going tooth and comb over the guys history. They came up empty handed so had bent DA Bragg and bent judge Merchan do their dog and pony show which backfired spectacularly.

Lets see how forensic dives into all the democrat lawfarers ends. What a time to be alive🤩

No, of that he's innocent, just like Schiff. Now, Trump OTOH, a convicted felon and rapist......

Paradoxical, isn't it.

Source? Do you know the elements of mortgage fraud? Have you seen the documents at issue?

Talk about hoisted on his own petard.

I agree, payback is a biatch. For 100 years the Dems have been skating. Time to pay the piper.

Isnt it funny that Repubs in places like Chicago and NY ran (and won) as reform candidates?

It's total waffle.....Oooo, look over there.....almost childish. Absolutely nothing will come off it, especially if it lands on Bondi's desk.

What went around is coming back

to haunt them, legitimately!

Now only if their activists friends pretending to be journalists can cover the upcoming events with the same stabbing vigorous reporting.

I’d love to see Pierro assign it

to a Missouri jurisdiction.

God Speed-on the criminal referral ! Schiff  is/ was  above the law , meaning

no reasonable leftist prosecutor would investigate him.

Statements like this can be confusing for leftists. This sign raises questions about why they claim to be the party of logic and reason.

Paradoxically, you post inaccurate statements.
