It was from evidence seized and held by the DOJ and was part of a leather bound folio present to Epstein from Maxwell.

 

It certainly looks like someone who had access to it has sold it/given it to the WSJ........but that doesn't make it fake.

 

Pretty sure the WSJ, familiar with people wanting to sue it at every opportunity will have looked carefully at its provenance and authenticity.

If it was evidence seized by the DOJ and in their possession....yes.....just as the hours and hours of video seized have never been seen.......but if someone has access and is prepared to leak the vidoes as they have done with this letter......then we'll see those too.

 

Ask yourself......why would the WSJ, knowing this is a staggeringly sensitive document, risk being sued to the ends of the earth unless they, at least, were convinced it was 'real'.
