Just like all of the Diddy and Epstein cases in the US. You never know who's telling the truth as some are definite human garbage, and some are just looking for a payout.

Very true, the truth is coming out now about Cassie Ventura and it is very ugly.

So many that are victims of weirdos and so many that are just looking to get paid. What's true is that many women who are victimized are afraid to come forward, especially against those who have the resources to make them disappear, or they feel they'll be seen as promiscuous. Some like Epstein and Cosby are found out, as there's too many against them, but you never know until enough legitimate people call them out.

Ha!

Flew Ryan Air to Rome recently......we had wing exit seats.

She was asked to move as those seats had to be occupied by people over the age of 16.

And I do love her......it is only living in Isan that is an issue.

But we are off to Japan for a month, so that will provide a pleasant break.

So why were you pining for another woman on another thread and wistfully wishing for romance in your life?

Did you stare at her too long?

14 hours ago, Cameroni said:

He stared at the girl which got her all riled up. So they got into an argument. He sat next to the exit and extended his legs and refused to move for her. He didn't touch her and didn't verbally abuse her. She then called police and pressed charges against him.

It was the staring that precipitated the prosecution. Indeed in the UK it is now clearly established that men can be prosecuted for staring at women:

"Det Supt Sarah White, who leads BTP’s sexual offences team, dismissed the criticism and warned that her force is receiving daily reports of individuals committing sexual offences, including staring, across the country."

https://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/2022/04/16/staring-tube-could-prosecuted-says-top-detective/

I do have kids, two daugthers in fact and I still find it distasteful that men get prosecuted for looking at a woman.

Nobody here got prosecuted here for simply looking. This weirdo got prosecuted for staring.

You are aware of the difference?

BTW, the following method has always worked for me.

You think it's okay that women have the power to throw men in prison for staring at them?

What is staring if not looking intently? So a woman should have the power to get a man put in prison for the heinous act of looking intently?

You cannot be serious.

It depends if the guy fulfills their attraction criteria, if they like him they won't mind if he looks at her. If she doesn't find him attractive then it's intrusive and "distressing" staring.

What is remarkable is that in the UK women now have the power to get a man thrown in prison for looking at her.

Whilst one can understand many women don't like to be stared at, by guys they dont' find attractive, to give them the power to have a man incarcerated for it seems incredible.

And Dominik Bullock, the guy who was imprisoned for staring in the UK, was lucky as he only got 22 weeks, since 6 months is the maximum under the old laws. With the new UK legislation to punish "street harrasment" staring can now lead to a 2 year prison sentence in the UK.

In addition violence against women was rebranded as a "hate crime", so if a man has a heated argument with a girlfriend and it gets physical he can now face hate crime charges, which are far more serious in terms of time served than normal assault charges.

All of that is incredibly alarming, and on top of that the threshold of proof that a woman has to be able to establish is incredibly low, and many times she's simply taken at her word, which is an incredibly dangerous precedent. There's no question that all of this is moving in the wrong direction.

The wonderful thing for many of us is that Thailand seems to have completely rejected all of this nonsense. I find a lot of Thai women enjoy being stared at, and at a minimum they don't seem to mind it, or to be offended by it. That all makes sense when you consider the fact that they treasure their femininity, instead of completely rejecting it like many Western women.

The same applies to striking up a conversation with a stranger, the worst one ever gets here is polite indifference. Back there you get major hostility. You can't talk to me, I don't know you!

I am serious. You don't stare or 'look intently' at anyone, especially if it is a total stranger and regardless of their gender.

Getting in a flap about "women have the power" and "throwing men in prison" indicates that you may have issues with female empowerment but don't see any problem with weird or disturbed men behaving threateningly? No sweat, you are not alone. Just make sure you aren't licking your eyebrows or rubbing yourself inappropriately the next time you feel that burning need to 'look intently' at a woman.

It is very alarming. Obviously police would have to act on any such complaint by a woman and arrest the man. Whilst most women would never dream of calling police because a man looked at them the real danger would be feminist militants, ie those women who've studied the legal status and know exactly how to manipulate the system and additionally have ideological motives to attack men generally.

It's true as well that in Thailand we've been spared this insanity so far, because unlike in the UK, where politicians have sacrificed men on the altar of feminist pandering and are afraid to speak out, indeed can't speak out, the situation in Thailand is still different. However, just as we've seen graffiti being exported to Thailand, we are also now seeing Buddhist nuns planting the seeds of feminism. There are male feminist activiists in Thailand too, and it is only a question of time until the feminist extremism will take off in Thailand too.

There is already a Thai NGO that is playing the system and ensuring politics is moulded in accordance with feminist agendas. There are several such NGOs actually, some with access to political power.

Thailand will change in this direction too.

It's not "female empowerment" to allow women to get men incarcerated for looking at them, it's the feminists going for the jugular, after they've alredy moulded the law in their favour. The new laws in the OK are highly anti-men.

Sure, staring is impolite, however, to get someone imprisoned for 2years for it is sheer insanity.

Thailand will change in this direction too.

I agree with most of what you say, but disagree about the women here changing, and remain optimistic. I think a large part of the equation is the erosion of femininity in the west. It has gotten so bad, that masculinity is now considered toxic. This is an existential threat to civilization, no doubt. It is me-too, and uber-feminism that has been the real nuclear bomb to relationships and a woman's ability to express herself, have sex freely, date normally, manifest the incredible dignity within femininity, and relate to men, in a healthy manner. It seems to contribute to an extremely unfulfilled female gender, and has resulted in making life very difficult for most men in the West. With Covid, things are even worse than before. A real life Zombieland.

Thankfully, little of that toxic nonsense has reached the shores of Thailand. Women here seem to intuitively know how powerful their innate femininity is, and they use it to the fullest. The most important aspect of this, that most Western women cannot see, nor understand, is that most Asian women are very comfortable manifesting the dignity and beauty within femininity.

For most men, that is incredibly appealing, and a hugely refreshing change from what they have become used to, and learned to tolerate. Fortunately, here, I do not see that change happening. For some reason, the cultural differences allow the women here to be a greater version of themselves, by expressing the beauty within femininity.

I am very thankful for that. I think many have simply rejected alot of mind numbingly wrong headed Western notions, that women are saddled with.

Indeed, but why is that the case? Because of the emergence of toxic feminism as a power to mould laws, opinion and cultural agenda in the UK. That's the reason why women have become less feminine in the UK.

There is a reason for it. And that reason is feminism. And of course the male enablers of feminism, one need only look at this thread. I often wondered how male politicians can swallow the feminist agenda so completely, but then one need only look at this talkboard and you see why.

Now, if the reason is feminism and its enablers, it is already clear that in Thailand too in due course we will see women become less feminine. We're already seeing it.

It's not penetrated mainstream so far. But it's here already. Several organizations in Thailand work towards feminist goals, including Pratthanadee Foundation, Good Shepherd Sisters Thailand, and the APSW (Association for the Promotion of the Status of Women), and many others. Buddhist nuns particularly have this agenda.

Like you I hope Thailand will reject the introduction of Western ideas like feminism, but it does not seem that is the case.

Though you are likely right and there are some nimwits that are pushing a feminist agenda, I don't think Thai women are going to embrace it. Thai women having an intuitive understanding of just how much power their femininity gives them, and I think they're smart enough to just say no. There are many aspects of Thai culture that give women an inherent understanding and appreciation for their role within society, which I think is a wonderful thing. Healthy men enjoy being men, and healthy women enjoy being women, what could possibly be more wonderful than that?

I know a lot of SIMPS in America and they oftentimes appear quite desperate in their defense of extreme women and their antics. It's a pretty pathetic thing to witness. And a lot of times it's very unconscious, they don't even know they're doing it, they're just well-trained. Emasculation is a horrifically ugly thing to witness.

That's our only hope really, the nature of women and men in Thailand. Will it be enough to resist these feminist ideas from the West? I hope so.

However, feminism does put power in women's hands, as we see in the UK with this law that allows women to put men in prison for looking at them. It will be hard for some women in Thailand to resist having power, much as it proved impossible to resist for women in the UK.

What if the feminist ideas that have made looking at women a crime punishable by 2 years in prison in the UK are exported to Thailand? Encouraged by some people in Thailand? And cause the change in Thailand, which feminism caused in the UK?

Several organizations in Thailand work towards feminist goals, including Pratthanadee Foundation, Good Shepherd Sisters Thailand, and the APSW (Association for the Promotion of the Status of Women). Buddhist nuns. Males and females. A change is gonna come.

And then, are we going to keep running from feminism, or worse do its bidding, like some on here? Or are we going to stand steadfast and say "enough is enough"?

Ten monks were knobbing the same woman, which in itself breaches their monastic order, and they were all paying her well for their illicit pleasure, most with temple funds, which is fraudulent.
