Chayut denied any involvement in the illegal trade, claiming he had merely acted as a broker for a Chinese national who rented the premises for 35,000 baht per month. He stated that the foreign financier used him to manage leases and conduct business dealings.

The risk you take when the government announces a crackdown but you believe its for everyone else.

Thailand will Gladly seize your Illegal gains just like many other countries.

Most people can make 3 million baht last 2 or 3 years.  If you want to give your money away there are many worthy people and charities you could help.
