The MSM reported what was known, and the authorities are reviewing the CCTV and witness statements. The only one jumping to conclusions that I know of is the Conservative MP, who demanding to know why TR wasn't prevented from boarding the red-eye flight the same night.

Legal and Privacy Constraints - **Data Protection Laws**: CCTV footage is considered *personal data* under the **Data Protection Act 2018** and **UK GDPR** if it identifies individuals. Releasing it publicly could violate privacy rights unless specific legal conditions are met [A] **Ongoing Investigations**: Police often withhold footage to avoid compromising an active investigation or prejudicing future legal proceedings. This includes protecting the integrity of witness statements and ensuring fair trial rights. - **Human Rights Considerations**: Under **Article 8 of the Human Rights Act**, individuals have a right to privacy—even in public spaces. Authorities must balance public interest with personal rights before releasing footage. - **Risk of Defamation or Misidentification**: Public release could lead to misidentification or reputational harm, especially if the footage is interpreted out of context. Unless the footage serves a clear public interest or is released through official channels (e.g. court proceedings or police appeals), it’s typically kept confidential. Would you like to explore how individuals can request access to such footage legally? B/S Will that might work in your Country but in the UK we are only shown what the Government want us to see. Like the 1st Attack by the 2 muslim thugs at Manchester Airport. We saw Police kicking and stamping on one of them to make it look bad on the Police, we now know they had body cam footage. Why was it not shown the same day or next day. Then we see a guy comatosed at a station with the headline Tommy Robinson attacked an unknown man and the police are hunting him down, the man remains in hospital with seriouse injuries. 2 days later he walked out of the hospital. Why was the full CCTV footage not used to shown the full incident. Explain that Will ?

August 3, 2025Aug 3 Popular Post 2 hours ago, Will B Good said: The Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) in England is facing unprecedented strain, with some prosecutors handling over 100 to 200 cases at a time—levels described as “never before seen” . The backlog in crown courts has surged to around 71,000 cases, and could hit 100,000 without radical intervention . This overload is compounded by a shortage of barristers, forcing officials to “ring around” for legal representation. Victims are increasingly dropping out of cases due to delays, with rape trials now taking an average of 2.5 years to conclude . The system is overwhelmed, and experts warn that without structural reform, justice will continue to be delayed—and denied—for many. Yet they managed to charge, try and convict Lucy Connelly and others connected to the Southport riots in record time. The CPS are busy until it comes to anybody right of centre.

Quote If you don't live in the UK all you will get to know is Tommy Robinson did this did that. For instance this last set up from the press was, he knocked out a man in a station and fled abroad with police hunting him down. Just a pack of lies spread through MSM. He didn't flee abroad he was on buisness the police knew where he was so they didn't have to go hunting. Then the press said the Guy was rushed to hospital with severe injuries must have been severe he was home a day or 2 later. It is not a pack of lies spread by the MSN. British Transport released their own statement: “Following a report of an assault at St Pancras station last night (28 July), officers have confirmed that the suspect, a 42-year-old man from Bedfordshire, boarded a flight out of the country in the early hours of this morning. Detectives are continuing to work closely to progress the investigation and bring him into custody for questioning.” No conspiracy, just the police doing their work, as they are want to do. And for those saying the police are withholding CCTV, yes, that is due to privacy laws as explained by another poster. If it goes to trail that becomes admissible evidence after it is cleared and the jury will not have been prejudiced by social media exposure. Standard procedure. They don't prejudice a trial and release it just because knuckleheads call for it and shout "conspiracy". And I am thankful for that, as should you be - it is how we guarantee free and fair trials for people, even Yaxley-Lennon - and yes, I believe he has the same right to one as anyone else. And are you saying being knocked unconscious and spending two days in hospital is not "a serious injury"? Are you actually Stephen Yaxley-Lennon?? So if I punch a guy unconscious and he spends two days in hospital I should be let off because it was "only a couple of days"? Not that bad really? For the record, I don't know all the circumstances yet so I am withholding judgement. It would be nice if you could do the same, but you have already decided he is innocent and ran away by accident. By the way what "business" is he on? Counting his donations? Quote A massive probably the biggest rally has been organised by Tommy Robinson in london in Sept where over a million are expected to fight for our pride and free speach. Starmer and Co will try to have Tommy to be kept away from speaking they know he will finally name names the Government are hiding in the grooming gangs etc so they try and silence him to prevent his appearence. No one needs to keep him away, if there's an arrest warrant he will keep himself away as he is a coward who has no respect for the justice system (as evidenced by him defending his pedophile and kiddly fiddling friends). If there is no arrest warrant no-one will stop him. Don't forgot to donate - I think he needs his swimming pool re-tiling!
