The driver of what looks like a 53 footer with huge Cab decided to make a change of direction at a posted "its illegal to turn here cut out on a freeway in Florida ,it resulted in 3 people dead and his arrest for vehicle homicide, ICE enforcement is holding him in detention. The illegal didn't fully meet federal CDL requirements due to his lack of lawful permanent residency or U.S. citizenship, a key federal mandate.California gave him a CDL,its under investigation ,how he was allowed to circumvent the federal CDL laws. That's normal driving by trucks in third-world and developing countries.  Happens all of the time her in Thailand. When a vehicle T-bones a truck doing a U-Turn, it might get a article in social media and I doubt it's even illegal here.  In the US, I think using U-Turn lanes on highways is pretty much universally illegal.

Any professional Commercial  driver knows that you don't pull a uturn on the Freeway.

I remember when I got my CDL in Massachusetts back in the early 90's,just when it was introduced, it demanded security  precautions . The Haz/ Mat endorsement, needed a FBI background check.

The trailer portion takes a long time to maneuver the turn because of the length,similar to a jackknife position.

The trailers arse end was halfway into the freeway portion. Did you see the facial expression

of the driver when the SUV crashed under his trailer,nothing,zilch.

U turns on interstate freeways are illegal throughout the US, also on any state highway with solid yellow lines. Any legal law abiding citizen with a common driver license would know this and is uniformly expected by other drivers in the US. The driver of that vehicle never would have expected such of an insane maneuver on a freeway.

he dropped in unexpected & unvetted in 2018,  similar to one of Biden's  newcomers,

He came in through Mexico and got a CDL in CA. God only knows the details of how he
