Property Holding deposit contract form

Hi, just wondering if anyone has a template or example for a contract for holding a property while the loan clears, inspection is done, and the title deed search is completed.  I know what I should include in the contract, but am looking to get the format and some of the language in which to alter.  If anyone has such a thing please post it.  Many thanks.

A quick google search for " Property Sales Contract Thailand" will bring up lots of options, some free, some have a small fee.

Did/ doing that.  Haven't seen anything I liked.  But thanks.   Also the link you sent leads to the final sale contract.  I just want a contract for the holding deposit.  Ill look on that site that you sent.
