Fluoride toothpaste

I read what you wrote @fredwiggy...

That is incorrect. The OP didn't ask about water sources.

I gave him an accurate answer. He, again, asked for a toothpaste with a higher amount. I told him there are toothpastes with enough fluoride , along with the water sources, that is enough to protect teeth, which is accurate. Do you not understand what I meant by "any" toothpaste? How would he get fluoride from a toothpaste without fluoride added? Common sense seems to fly past you with your assumptions. Let's see how you wrangle out of that one, along with the many that will come on this forum in the future where you go after certain people.

After a discussion with Mr Chat, I just got some Colgate Total at Lotus, Bht 189 for 2. Will see what it does.

It certainly will not whiten my front crowns!

@KannikaP Baking soda with flouride is a good combo for normal teeth.

In what form do you get the fluoride please?

@@KannikaP Colgate Total contains Hydrated Silica. You are contradicting yourself after suggesting that Baking Soda was better 😊

@fredwiggy You are and were wrong. Your hysterical rants at me and anyone who might choose to listen, don't change the facts at all.

You should ask yourself why you felt the need to make a scene running over pages, simply because you made a mistake in writing any toothpaste, after the OP asked

Reply with any toothpaste is misleading.

But you are more concerned with the thought of protecting your ego, than understanding that your reply is misleading. Why did you not include with flouride in your original reply? Too smart to do the elementary?

I'm sure he. along with everyone else here, besides you it seems, understood that I meant toothpaste WITH fluoride, as again, seeing you again missed it, a toothpaste without fluoride isn't going to give any protection.

I don't have to protect any ego, but again, it's you that came here to just try to correct another, even though you missed my point, then tried to act the innocent, which fools no one.

Proclaiming my "rants" as hysterical, seeing they aren't, also shows a teen mentality, blowing things out of proportion to bolster your own low self esteem which of course is why you're really here in the first place. That you keep coming back trying to prove your point is worthless, as there's only one reason for it, which everyone, again, can see.

Read this again, so you might understand. When I said "any" toothpaste, OF COURSE I meant any toothpaste WITH fluoride, but your petulance knows no bounds.

@fredwiggy You are not adding any value to the thread with your egotistical and long winded attempts at defence. I certainly don't bother to read your 'replies' anymore, as they don't help the OP. It's just all about you. Narcissism if you would ask me.

If you meant with fluoride then you should have written with fluoride. Simple, no?

I did add value to the thread with my first reply. You started your childish trolling afterwards. I'm sure you don't bother to read my replies, as your answers show this, along with your assumptions. Don't attempt to correct others here, as your agenda is well known. And no one would ask you anything, as your replies are usually about downgrade or hostility towards others, and not helpful. ...........

Fake science

Are there studies showing people in Melbourne and Sydney have widespread health issues having drunk the water for 50 years. If not then there's better things to worry about I should think ...

@fredwiggy During your extended rants, I think that I may have provided the information requested by the OP, even pointing to certain products. In addition to providing the correct information asked for by others.

Whereas most of your posts are in defence of your ego. None have actually provided the information requested. Only your poorly written opinion. These are facts. It's hard for you to accept, I know. That is the nature of the beast.

Most of my replies here are answering to a well know troll who hasn't the intelligence to understand his own condition, nor the sense to know when he's been busted, which happened long ago in all your other usernames. That you keep coming back further bolsters this argument and shows exactly what you're really all about. Your opinion here means nothing, as you, again, are assuming about others while missing my point entirely.

The OP asked for a toothpaste with a higher amount of fluoride. i responded in kind, that he really didn't need to do this, as any toothpaste (with fluoride of course for those not yet an adult), along with the water sources here, are enough. Whether he's asking for himself or a friend means nothing. Your veiled attempts at proving me a narcissist are only deflections from a true narc that again, hasn't the sense to know when to quit.

Most everyone here knows how I've lived my life in Thailand, why I'm here and how I look at women and others, so you're either the most ignorant "adult" we've ever seen, or exactly how I pointed you out, which is more likely. Give it a rest, as you're way out of your league here.

Unfortunately where I come from in Australia to get 100% Fluoride toothpaste I need a medical prescription.

@georgegeorgia There is no such thing as a 100% fluoride toothpaste. What is your actual condition and perceived requirement?

Going to the dentist will tell you what shape you're teeth are in. As we've mentioned, you can just use a fluoride toothpaste, along with the local water, and get enough fluoride to protect your teeth. There isn't a 100% fluoride toothpaste but you can get a prescription for one higher than OTC if your dentist thinks you need it. Your past history should tell him, and you, if you need a specialty toothpaste.

I'm just wondering in Thailand does anyone know if a pharmacy or even a supermarket sells a higher grade of toothpaste?

How many teeth have you lost?

@georgegeorgia I have already informed you of the names of products that you can buy freely in Thailand. There is also Dentiste Pro Max Fluoride 1500 ppm found in supermarkets.

You can try a local dentist's office and ask them, but a checkup, along with your history, is how they'll know if you need a higher dose. Colgate Duraphat 5000 and Dentiste Anticavity max Fluoride are listed online as Thailand's higher ones.

Bs

Most Europe nations dont use it

They  use toothpaste and other dental items with fluoride. The UK and Spain use water with fluoride added. Other countries use salt with it added.

You don't swallow toothpaste.

I buy my toothpaste at the Pharmacy. It's called Smile. About 160 baht for a large tube. Closest to Crest I can find.

Is it true that not all toothpastes have Fluoride ?

Anyone know of a fluoride toothpaste here in Thailand that's strong on fluoride ?

It is true.

Check the ingredients.  Most that have fluoride will have a concentration of  0.14%

Or visit a dentist:

Dentist fluoride treatment involves applying a concentrated fluoride solution to the teeth to help prevent cavities and strengthen tooth enamel. This treatment is typically quick and can be done in the form of a gel, foam, or varnish, and is especially beneficial for those at high risk of tooth decay.
