English language user manual for Honda CRV-RS 2025

Featured Replies

We bought the above model Honda 3 months ago in Pattaya with the understanding they would provide the English user manual.    Today when we followed up once more we were told there is no such manual available in Thailand.        The only thing available is a link by  PDF    which is far from convenient.

At a minimum It's funny how it took them 3 months to claim no such English language manual  exists.

Just for the record when buying the car, I asked  approximately how many of their cars are sold to English language speakers.      The answer they gave me was "about half.

So do you have the  English language manual for the Honda CRV-RS 2025?

I just bought a new Toyota and they were able to get the manual in English after 10 days (and a bit of pushing).  I would keep pushing them.

With my previous Honda I bought in Issan, I was able to get said manual In English so I'm disappointed to find they stone wall me in Pattaya.    Are they just lazy?    Next time I'd tell them I won't buy the car until I have the manual in my possession.

Since in their words, half their customers speak English they should simply order the manual when they order a car from the factory.

All the new cars i have bought i managed to get a English manual but had to pester Honda more than Toyota

They still managed to get one but you have to be as persistent as a ladyboy on beach road

I remember when I bought a new Toyota ,going back a few years.

No English manual , but they said they will get one for me.

About a week later the Toyota show room called and said they have one but it will cost me 600 baht.

I sent an e mail to Toyota Thailand asking if it is normal to charge for an English manual after somebody has paid hundreds of thousands of baht for a new vehicle ?

Next day one of the show room staff arrived at our house with the manual , and an apology , " some body new at the dealer ship etc...misunderstanding ".....blah blah blah.

As I found out you can buy at Amazon or eBuy.

Also, I think I would translate the important parts from Thai to English.

Actually, I didn't looked into my CR-V manual, when I bought mine in 2020. Everything was self explaining or just I tried.

Google: To find the 2025 Honda CR-V owner's manual for Thailand in English, check the official Honda Thailand website under the CR-V section or a similar section for owner's manuals; you may need to select the specific model year to download the PDF version. For a digital version, visit Honda Service Express and use the search function for "CR-V 2025". You can also try owners.honda.com/manualrequest to order a printed copy if you are a new owner.

Nine years ago when I bought my civic, the dealership said there was no English language manual. I contacted Honda in Bangkok and they said there was and got it sent to my dealer. Took a few weeks. Dealership got a bit upset due to a bit of loss of face. The manual was for the Australian market so maybe it takes a bit of time for them to get one.

There is an (electronic) english manual in the infotainment system.
The pdf versions online in English are mostly for US CRV models.  Pretty close to the Thai CRV, but with minor differences in maintenance and safety features etc.

The best source I have found for a manual in English covering the Thai CRV is Honda Malaysia: https://www.honda.com.my/manuals
This user manual appears to cover CRV models for Southeast asia, Australia and New Zealand.
