September 28, 2025Sep 28 I'm finding I'm noticing this is a lot in my recent "study" where I do "studies" on different subjects on different days Last year I studied how many dentists in Pattaya had the word "Smile " in their name and completed graphics and statistics Well I have just started a new "study" on middle aged men primarily of Asian background particularly the Thai Filipino and indian culture I'm finding Chinese background more fitter in middle aged , particularly white Chinese old guys ,maybe tai chi training ? I'm finding the south eastern cultures Filipino ,Indian once they get past 40ish become more older looking , waist bigger and many with a scowl attitude particularly taxi drivers and more so Filipino middle aged who tend to put on waist weight and I noticed indian guys the same I'm thinking it's low testereone? Could this cause this ? I need your input to complete my studies

Less exercise, too much processed sugary food and drinks.

People like eating sugar and fat, as it tastes good, and nothing will stop them from getting larger unless they stay working on the farms all day, moving more, and limiting their sugar intake. Asians were the last to start with the increasing obesity rate, as a majority are farmers, and they couldn't afford the western food long ago, as well as it not being so readily available.

Sugar is the main reason most get fat, along with processed foods high in oils. Look at the ingredients of normal Mama here, and that millions use it as an easy meal daily.

(f I would be young I would start promoting hair dying products😂) Grey hair combined with wrinkles looks older. Also when tanned . You're right.

The parameters of your study are flawed. Are the subject tourist or locals is a major question as well. Have you ever published a study or do you just collect them in scrap books?

September 28, 2025Sep 28 Probably has a lot to do with diet, sugar consumption, and lack of fitness routines.

Mama soups are high in saturated fat, as I mentioned for one example.
