Middle aged pudgy angry men

Featured Replies

I'm finding I'm noticing this is a lot in my recent "study" where I do "studies" on different subjects on different days

Last year I studied how many dentists in Pattaya had the word "Smile " in their name and completed graphics and statistics

Well I have just started a new "study" on middle aged men primarily of Asian background particularly the  Thai  Filipino and indian culture

I'm finding Chinese background more fitter in middle aged , particularly white Chinese old guys ,maybe tai chi training ?

I'm finding the south eastern cultures  Filipino ,Indian once they get past 40ish become more older looking , waist bigger and many with a scowl attitude particularly taxi drivers and more so Filipino middle aged who tend to put on waist weight and I noticed indian guys the same

I'm thinking it's low testereone?

Could this cause this ?

I need your input to complete my studies

Not only related to men.

Big bellies to be seen primarily with Old White men, but the last decades everywhere including Asia.

Less exercise, too much processed sugary food and drinks.

All countries have people that end up this way as they age, as the western diet has been introduced most everywhere. People like eating sugar and fat, as it tastes good, and nothing will stop them from getting larger unless they stay working on the farms all day, moving more, and limiting their sugar intake. Asians were the last to start with the increasing obesity rate, as a majority are farmers, and they couldn't afford the western food long ago, as well as it not being so readily available.

Yes also with white men...but I see people of indian and Filipino middle aged who look older than their said 40's ..... Greyish hair ,pudgy bellies etc ...low testereone?

Sugar is the main reason most get fat, along with processed foods high in oils. Look at the ingredients of normal Mama here, and that millions use it as an easy meal daily.

Diet and lack of movement is how people age faster.

If you're long time in Thailand you're not wondering anymore why older people got still dark hair.

(f I would be young I would start promoting hair dying products😂)

Grey hair combined with wrinkles looks older. Also when tanned . You're right.

Also not just the physical appearance of the guys in this group in their 40's & 50's but their personalities

Almost short tempered although I can't say that with the Indian background who are usually placid people although a lot now in that age group fit the physical appearance pudgy chubby

Sounds more like a 'survey' than a 'study'.

Strike a light! You claim to be someone who conducts and presumably analyses "studies"!

I'd stick to counting smiling dentists if I were you!

Graphics, or graphs?  The parameters of your study are flawed. Are the subject tourist or locals is a major question as well. Have you ever published a study or do you just collect them in scrap books?

Perhaps you will consider publishing your findings here so we can all benefit from them.

Are you expecting the OP to apply sampling theory to his “study”?

I am not sure I have ever seen a thin Indian in Pattaya.  Whatever, I guess they could careless.

Many universities write back to me to say they're interested

Even a few posters on here regularly ask for my completed studies

That's nothing, just skin flab. Let's see how your chest looks at his age. He also has rock hard erections and is sexually active.

Saturated fat

Probably has a lot to do with diet, sugar consumption, and lack of fitness routines.

Saturated fat

Of course one should choose oils that are lower in saturated fat, but what's in many foods aren't the good oils but palm kernel and coconut, and also have sugar and salt added, which is why a person wanting to eat a healthy diet must educate themselves first, and read all labels before buying. Mama soups are high in saturated fat, as I mentioned for one example.
