Doubt it. To small scale.

People doing the nasty in the water at a beach in Pattaya...photos blurred out.

The picture of the rebar tails exposed, tells the story!

After living in Thailand for the past 25 years I don't trust anybody my wife included when it comes to short cuts. Where there is a construction site in full swing was the land well stabilised before construction started. I met a guy in our estate several years ago who spoke reasonable English. I asked him about his occupation, he told me that he was a safety officer for the Government. I just stood there dumbfounded, I must admit it would be a good job if you could get it, I never had the audacity to ask him about the brown envelopes involved.

No kidding.

Because tourists just love a game of KerPlunk, it lends an excitement to getting upstairs to your hotel room. If that doesn't light your candle you can visit Pattaya and get bottled by a 53 year old MamaSan, or maybe a rabid dog bite from one of those fluffy cute Soi dogs.

Tourists with more time on their hands can play hide and seek in the national parks for a few days - The Jurassic experience. Visit Chiang Mai and get close up and personal when Thais park their car inside the restaurant.

Need a lift to the airport? Walls Ice Cream are now offering free shuttle rides, but you have to sit on the wheelarches, no room for baggage!

When do we get onto the currency, the double pricing, the fleecing?
