Yes it may help,, I can get into e visa but , things don' work ,like going from one page to next it won't load ,, even loading information into site take ages ,, there is no chance of me doing it on my phone,, i am 82 years old ,, all of this is out of knowing how ,,not good with phone , laptop is about all i can handle and that's not even 100%.                                                                                                                                                                                                  Maybe I go visa ezempt I have not had any VE'S entries  this year. only a tourist visa 51 days ,1 week June ,July and 1 week Aug,, had quite a few VE's in 23 and 24 years, but none this year , what are my chance with this,Regards Popa.

For visa exempt flight from Perth (jetstar?) You almost certainly would require onward flight for airline at departure.

How long is this planned trip to Thailand?

Which visa were you hoping to obtain on eVisa platform..

BTW: don't forget to do the TDAC (you can apply up to 3 days prior to flight.

What error message pops up on the screen when the program does not move from one page to the next?

The single biggest problem in communication is the illusion that it has taken place

Yes, I was going to say it too. It is not a rocket science, judging from OP other comments, I hope he is able, but he may not know how.

Easier:

Assuming he is in Windows environment would be to suggest to run the page in preinstalled Edge browser,

First: Wait a day. I have seen such silent serverside issues scenarios. Probably they are updating at the serverside,

Secondly, to run the page in private or incognito mode (usually it runs without any extension enabled so a problematic extension is out) in Firefox, in order to prevent mainly adblockers to  block scripts.

I am not familiar with latest developments od Firefox, so can't say whether if it is called  private or incognito mode, or whether latest builds has an integrated adblocker, if this is this the case there should be an icon near address bar to grant permission to that specific page elevated privileges.

Completed my eVisa yesterday (3rd Oct).
On Laptop using Google Chrome, a bit flakey and delays but only required three retries.
Pending now.

Firefox, so can't say whether if it is called  private or incognito mode,

Menu -> "New Private Window" for Firefox.  This will work-around any "cookies," etc.

And for a clean reload of a page, hold "Control" (Ctl) and press the F5 key.

Firefox can be problematic, been using it for years and found that Chrome or Edge work better for certain sites including Thai Immigration E-Visa and 90-Day Reports, also almost all domestic airlines in Thailand. Firefox gets hung up on online payments and document submissions somehow.
