anti-Israel sentiment is now rife across the World

I believe the large majority of the world population understands what drove Israel to react so strongly after the vile 10.7 attack.

Anyone who saw Hamas terrorists throwing hand granades into shelters full of young, peaceful party goers, seeking for safety, understands Israel's reaction.

There is a loud minority expressing anti-israel sentiments. But that is what it is: a minority.

I am not a fan of Netanyahu and his government, and not a fan of the harsh way in which Gaza inhabitants were treated. However, during WWII also Germans (Dresden and Hamburg bombing) and Japanese (Hiroshima and Nagasaki) were treated in a very harsh manner. And it goes without saying that the ultimate responsibility fell on the Nazi and on the Imperial governments, just as the Gaza tragedy falls straight on Hamas.

But it's one thing to disagree with Netanyahu and his family of greedy crooks. It's another to harbor unjustified anti-Israel sentiments.

Israelis have inhabited Palestine for thousands of years, way before the Arabs made their way into it. They also suffered hundreds of years of discrimination and apartheid under muslim rule. Muslim rule that mandates religious minorities (including Christians, Buddhists, Hinduists, atheist, agnostics, etc.) to be treated as second class citizens at best.

I cannot help but put myself in the shoes of the Israelis and feel their pain and anguish. And yes, I will always stand by Israel every time it is victim of terrorism, even if the reaction may seem disproportioned.

What was really disproportioned and unjustifiable is the 10.7 massacre, and the fact that not a single Gaza inhabitant spoke against it. Not a single Gaza inhabitant helped Israelis hostages to gain freedom.

They had two years' time to do the right thing, and none did anything.

Another glorious moment and outstanding achievement by President Trump to secure peace in the war torn middle east. This POTUS knows no boundaries to success and achievement for all mankind. America, and certainly Israel is lucky to have President Trump in their sphere. Remarkable achievement by what is the greatest POTUS in a lifetime.

Rejoice, especially all you deranged Trump haters hating peace because Trump delivered it. The world became a better place November 5, 2024, a sentiment echoed by PM Netanyahu.

Gaza lies in ruins, Palestinians has nowhere to live and tens of thousands of lives have been lost over the last 2 years. Trump has been in office for many months and has patently failed to stand up at any time to the ruthless Netanyahu. Had Trump used his massive power early on in his term, things would be much better now.

That's not Trump's fault.  This is the fault of Hamas, the people who support them.

Hamas, yes, ask them the meaning of FAFO.

I can almost hear heads exploding as Trump gave his speech after hostage release. We don't deserve him.

The left secretly are paying for the peace agreement to fail.

Oh no, not at all. You most assuredly deserve him! It's all the other poor ba****ds who didn't vote for him I'm sorry for.

The farmers and retired people on SS and others who voted for this clown and now are getting wiped out get a big, fat "som nam naa!" from me!👍

Was it really regurgitated by Netanyahu???? Well I'll be damned!!!😮

Jerusalem Post. Think NY Post has an illegitimate child with Fox News which then gets adopted by Tucker Carlson.

Archaeology, linguistics, and genetics all point to the same thing: both Jews and Palestinians are indigenous to the Levant.

The population here has been continuous for thousands of years; identities shifted under successive empires — Assyrian, Persian, Hellenistic, Roman/Byzantine, Arab, Ottoman, British.

Arabization in the 7th century was largely linguistic and administrative — most people were locals who adopted Arabic over time, not newcomers replacing a population.

Both Jews and Palestinians have a legitimate and equal historical claim to the same land.

Oh c'mon Buddy, hostages released. Trump gave a good speech. Save the pearls for another day.

When will Hamas sign the deal? 😆

You can almost hear the laughter from Oslo........

The Committee were ‘LMFAO’ after Trump’s begging phone call to Norway’s Jens Stoltenberg.

Enter the Nobel citation —
María Corina Machado ‘for her tireless work promoting democratic rights and for her struggle to achieve a just and peaceful transition from dictatorship to democracy.’

It wasn’t subtle — it's the middle finger,
reminding Don he never had, and never will have, a chance.

Demagoguery is where democracy goes to die.

@TorquayFan the war started under Biden and it was ended by trump. No nobel prize necessary. Israel may be hated now but at least they still get to keep their country and are ready for terrorist attacks better now

Trump took only the credit for negotiating with other countries; the real thanks go to other countries that negotiated the peace

I’m pleased the hostages have been released and I hope each and every hammas criminal is hunted down and snuffed out.Im also cognizant of the fact that it was the IDF with boots on the ground in the ruins getting sniped and blown up that achieved this milestone more than trump did.Id like folks to remember that and not the guys that come in and give speeches.

And Trump gave the IDF much much praise in his speech.

Keep up that thinking and the democratic party is headed towards extinction. Blind hatred towards Trump doesn't help.

This is spot on, but I need to point out one thing regarding sign-on benefits for ICE thugs:

"NEW ICE recruits get $50,000 sign on bonuses and are eligible for student loan forgiveness"

ICE recruits......student loan forgiveness!🤣

and Biden forgave billions in schools loans, to who?? why???

Congress said he couldn't do it, but he worked way to go around congress and do it anyway.. Yup democracy at it's best!

It is also true that, despite Jews having legitimate and equal historical claim to the land of Palestine, for centuries they have been subject to discrimination and apartheid in their land, first under the Arab and then under the Turkish muslim rulers.

Interesting — Trump meeting President Sisi of Egypt.
Sisi's already slipped him a bag of cash — ten million in hundreds, illegally of course — and now he’s tossing in the jeweled Egyptian Collar — officially the Order of the Nile, Egypt’s highest state honor.
Not quite Qatar’s $400 million 747 gift, but still classier than Putin’s gimp collar and leash.
No doubt bound for his library — right next to the gold toilet throne and the classified documents.
