We already have a Chabad centre that's costing the local police force extra protection time. Thais have to pay the taxes to service the extra protection for this Chabad centre. What can be done?

What can be done? Well you could go to a country that bans all Israelis for political reasons such as Malaysia or Indonesia. Thailand is never going to do that. As far as extra security for Chabad centers, can you provide actual evidence of such extra costs, if any? I do know that Jewish spaces globally have security concerns and the actual security protection mechanics (whether from the Jewish community, state, or a mix) are specific to specific situations.

Yes, and to be fair other nationalities also congegrate in their "ghettos", Brits, Germans, Indians, etc, however, they tend to contribute to the local eonomy, they don't set up Synagogues that then cost the Thai tax payer extra money to service extra protection. Quotas would be a start probably. It may come.
