I some how lost my ATM card today, I checked everywhere and I have no idea where I lost it, may I add this was happenend around 9.30 am so I wasn't even thinking about a few  pre lunch beers. So I went back to my condo, logged on to Krungsri business and tried to stop my ATM card, so far everything was going well until they sent me an OTP number which was refused. I tried this at least 8 times and the OTP number was refused every time. Is my ATM suspended or can some who found my ATM card access my account?

I don't think anyone can use your ATM card unless they know your pin, maybe call the bank or go to branch to cancel and get a new one, or better still just do cardless withdrawals on the app

1. call bank immediately

2. have the account blocked

3. take a screen shot or print of the latest account situation

What did they say when you called them ?

I would also report the loss to the Police, just in case you do lose any money as the bank will probably ask for proof that you filed a Police report. 

Firstly I transferred all the money from Krungsri to another account. I then filed a police report and next day went to the bank and received a new ATM card. I also had to get a copy of my drivers licence, this is not as easy as you think it is. Your request for a copy of your current licence is virtually treated as a Thai drivers licence renewal. You need all the same documentation as a renewal, they once again require a certificate of residence. There's no tests required so when you get to this stage it's fairly easy. The certificate of residence seems to be a major issue with them. So either make this certificate several days before or use an agent. Using an agent may cost you a few hundred baht more but it cuts out all the bull<deleted> and you let the agent do the work. I would recommend using an agent.

So you not only lost the ATM card but your drivers licence as well........

Anything else missing - that you noticed?
