October 31, 2025Oct 31 Has anyone experience/knowledge about the use of CBD oil for control of chronic pain? I am 72 years old and diagnosed with Tpe 2 Diabetes over thirty years ago. This year I had to have two toes (#4&5) amputated due to complications of the condition. I also have asthma and COPD so smoking is out. I would like to get a few hours of decent sleep now and again. Most NSAIDS seem to not be working well and I am trying to stay away from narcotics; morphine was great when I fell and broke my hip and after open heart surgery, but not appropriate for long term use! Gautama said “Life is pain”, but not that it SHOULD be.
October 31, 2025Oct 31 I've never noticed anything when using CBD oil, but you can still buy a bottle and give it a shot. Various places in Bangkok and Thailand sell thc edibles. This might give you some temporary pain relief. The problem is the edibles have a lot of sugar and carbs. I once found a traditional Thai medicine place that sold thc in liquid form. It came with a dropper and you put it under your tongue. They are out of business now, but maybe some of those Thai traditional doctors know how to get it.
