If they are a company, the donation will come from the shareholders dividends, less of course the amount claimed back as a taxable donation which will be picked up by ALL the taxpayers,

 

THe same will happen when the private donors claim their taxable donations.

Actually, President Trump is an accomplished dancer among other things. The new ballroom will be a great addition to the White House and allow a venue for heads of State to meet at the White House.
