Good new I got my visa! Very happy. Do I still have time to cross the border, it's 13:30 border close at 22:00 but is it different when you have a printed visa?

Well done!  Can't imagine why it would take any longer with your new visa.

  • You need to be in country.  Copy of entry stamp will show that.  After making application you attend embassy/consulate for payment of application..  Process times are quick. Most likely

  • For some reason it didn't work for me. I reload few times and impossible to type anything there. Anyway I passed, the officer was nice and enter my address.  Got my visa yeaaah

  • It's a two step process.  1. You obtain a Non O in Thailand from your visa exempt or tourist visa entry. OR ... You obtain the Non O outside of Thailand using eVisa platform.  2. The Non O p

Nowhere to print where I am in Vientiane, asked to many shops but seems they have at the border. I'm in the bus to the bridge now, thanks to remind me for the digital arrival card, completely forgot.

I read one report a chap was able to show eVisa on phone but that's not normal.

No hotel or office where for few baht they will print out one page?

Email them screenshot.

For the TDAC should be in the system. Also have screenshot of the TDAC on cell (not required)

Leave departure fields blank (optional)

They said 3 days in advance, does that mean within 3 days or have to wait 3 days?

It means not more than 3 days. Today is fine.

Oh that's great, I'm filling the application now, they are asking the country of residence, can I put my residence in Thailande with my Thai number? As I don't have number in my country.

At the border now. A very nice lady at the copy shop on the Laos border helped me to find another shop to print my visa, took me time to understand that she didn't have computer to connect to the printer. Now I'm trying to fill the tdac but impossible to fill the part where I enter my Thai address, just after "I'm a transit passenger" can't check this too

Don't follow.

For Thai address just put where you will be staying once having entered Thailand.

I mean impossible to fill it, it stays gray. I completed like this, will ask if they ask, my address notification is done already so I suppose it won't be a problem. I will have to notify again in 2 months to make my visa extension.

Everything stays GRAY until you check the "Type of Accommodation" field.  I just did it, it;s working fine.

That is totally irrelevant, and not connected, to the TDAC.

When I'm back home, I will make a post to describe step by step how to make the non O (based on marriage) e visa and the trip. Maybe it will help others like me if there are.

That would be very useful.

So indeed when settled please take time to outline entire process.

TIA
