I can well believe that he is mentally ill, but if he is mentally-ill and if he was known to the authorities, why on earth was he not in a secure nuthouse?

 

The number of unpredictable nutters roaming the streets in the UK is because of the 'Care in the Community' policy enacted years ago, which decreed that the mentally ill are better cared for in the community, as opposed to being in a secure hospital.

 

I have never agreed with this policy!  As a teenager, I had a friend who was mentally-ill, but a very nice guy when he wasn't having a psychotic episode.  But he was required to stay in a secure hopsital and only allowed out to visit me while in the presence of his large, male minder.....

I get the feeling that the UK and EU governments (and the US under Democrat control) actually encourage the violence by the "immigrants" they allow into the country, imho.

Additionally, this latest incident doesn't bode well for 'normal' (sane), law-abiding black people in the UK.

That's the condition, though, isn't it, when your government fosters social disorder and demographic unrest and then forces you onto mass transit, with no option for private transportation. Unless you're one of the people making the rules. Doubt you'll see many of the ruling elite in the UK on a bus, train, or subway any time soon.

The 2 tier justice system does appear to give a green light to certain groups to commit crime (and deter other groups from protesting, retaliating or even protecting themselves). 

 

It's almost like they are trying to provoke a massive reaction in order to justify implementing increasingly authoritarian social controls like digital ID cards.

You won't have much choice anyway, schemes like ULEZ and fuel tax will soon make private transport a luxury reserved only for the elites (and of course politicians/Mayors on the grounds of safety).

@Hellfire Do you have any brain at all? The Caribbean guy was simply walking down the platform afterwards. The police mistook him for the attacker and tasered and bundled him to the ground whilst he kept pleading  "It's not me, it's not me". After taking him to the station, they realised that it wasn't him. I hope he gets amply compensated.

Maybe it’s because the word ‘Muslim’ has become almost synonymous with ‘terrorism’ in public perception. When news breaks about a terror attack in a European city, what’s everyone’s first thought? I can assure you, nobody thinks, ‘Those bloody Buddhists are at it again.’
