I have found that booking flights with the Air Asia / Move  online booking app is a pain . Always very slow to load and concerns are raised when entering payment details . So much so that I have in the past used other flight agencies to book Air Asia flights . I am not alone with this problem as other friends say the same thing . I am surprised that a large company has such a poor web site . When they ask me to fill out a "  Feed back Form " , I always give low Marks and explain why but nothing changes . I have to use Air Asia because they are the only airline that caters for my flights , since Nok Air withdrew from my airport . Now the cost of flights has doubled because AA has the monopoly . Does anyone else have their web site booking problems ?

Are you using their "online booking app" using a browser on a PC/laptop, or their smartphone app?

 

I use their smartphone app here and in Malaysia with no issues. Very easy self check-in on the app and bag drop at the airport too.

I am using my laptop via Google search . Do you have the Air Asia " Move " app ?

I booked on Air Asias website twice recently

App is easy to use. Takes 5 minutes.

Yes. That's their app. It's much better since the "Move" rebranding. I haven't used their website for a while but several years back I recall a lot of people having issues getting card payment authorization which was reportedly due to the payment processor they used at the time.

Air Asia Move is a good app.
