This guy saying that the police are not corrupt is a bit like Trump saying I'm not corrupt, okay maybe my family has made a few billion dollars off of the presidency so far, in jsit 8 short months, but I'm not corrupt.

It's like a wolf crying into the wind. It means nothing.

Are you trying to compare and excuse the RTP over many many years of  corrupt actions and  compare  that to Trump alone. That's a poor comparison is it not?

I can only speak for myself of course but I have found the police in my area in Isan on many occasions to be correct, polite and helpful. A few days ago my wife and I returned home after delivering her mother to a hospital for an eye operation, I had forgotten my driving license and had no documents with me. At a road block an officer asked for my license, I told him it was at home. He laughed and asked my wife in a jocular fashion, "Is he telling the truth", my wife confirmed that I had a license, "I know" he said, "you've been through this road block before and I've often seen you on this road", he then asked where we were going, when my wife told him about her mother he asked how she was and a general chat started about his own mother's OP, he then said we can go, no attempt at 'tea money', it would have been a good opportunity.
