True about fish and chips in Pattaya, sopping with oil, I'd feel nauseous soon after eating, probably the cheapest reused oil many times

Try Indian restaurants. Chicken Tikka cooked in the oven, no oil.

All restaurants recycle crappy cooking oils.

I have to ADMIT this generation of old blokes in their 70's and 80's age are much fitter than the previous generations

All I remember when I was younger was old men with hats on with walking sticks or the old women bent over walking ... Bent backs

I don't see that anymore

I'm just 70, almost everyone I know has died before me.

Maybe you don't see all those old folk anymore because they are nearly all dead.

And they keep telling us most of the population are elderly, so almost everyone we see should be late 60's and older ....... where are they all hiding?

Now, I only know 2 people that have survived over 70.

I'm expecting to make 72, maybe, I can certainly see my own death coming.

People may appear fitter, but I know I hide most of my age related illness.

What's odd, is my wife doesn't seem to realise my frailty, I'm her mothers age, but she treats me as if I'm her age.

I worked with a guy on the rig, we were on the same shift, we ate most of our meals together.

This is what he ate, almost every meal, this sort of crap.

Anyway had got an infection on his elbow, taking antibiotics for months, infection wouldn't going away.

He was confused why his infection wasn't healing

The fish is hidden amongst that stuff masquerading as food.

I reckon it'd be the cheapest fish you can buy and full of mercury.
