It started out checking to see if I was a robot when I googled AN, but recently it's started verifying every time I turn a page or jump to a new thread/ topic once on AN.

It's very boring waiting between threads being constantly verified.

 

Unfortunately the site has taken some heavy DDoS hits recently, and you may have seen the major Cloudflare outage that affected a large part of the internet.
Because of that, the security settings are tighter than usual.

It’s not ideal, but the checks are needed right now because of how internet traffic and abuse have changed. We’re keeping an eye on it and will ease things back as soon as it’s safe to do so.
