Others like Bing, I prefer Google chrome.

 

Often I find that Bing has taken over my search and it's not giving fovused info.

 

I've heard in casual conversations that many folks have totally deleted Bing and edge search options. I've tried many Youtube vids but I can't delete Bing. 

 

I'm 81 and not a techie, so elementary approach please.

 

any help would be much appreciated.

If you haven’t already, you can download chrome web-browser and use google search engine. 
You don’t have to delete Edge, just don’t use it.

If Windows updates he will probably end up with edge again, he must set his search engine.....
