But almost everyone of us here on Aseannow are not Thai. We are very familiar with the terms. But thank you for your answer. Cheers!

      It's probably a colour thing unfortunately. But why keep coming here and repeatedly getting the shaft by immigration? Go to Vietnam dude, where the rest of us will probably be in short order anyway.

      The "problem" is, Immigration are trying to pressure you to use agents to facilitate your entry - so-called "safe entry" if by air - so they get a brown-envelope payoff.  That's all they care about -
