She may have escaped justice this time round but we have totally harrassed, stressed and humiliated her for a year now - with all that set to ratchet up for the next 3. We learned this from the lawfar

  • This is a truly remarkable achievement considering that only the prosecution gets to speak to the grand jury and present evidence. And it only requires a bare majority of jurors to return an indictmen

  • "we"?   Now there's some delusions of grandeur!   Also, willful ignorance, which is a hallmark of MAGAs.   The (lack of) subtlety might escape fascist MAGAs, but she was

Misdemeanors???  I'll just respond with this from the Major Cities (Police) Chiefs Assoc (MCCA) report after the summer of love and mostly peaceful arson and looting.

BLMnumbers.jpg.9ab3ffaf4be7d33bb68d621ed1eddf5c.jpg

There was no arson on Jan 6.  No cop cars burned up.  Virtually no looting (except a few idiots stealing souvenirs), and less than 1/10 the number of injured cops.  And the only people killed were protestors, at the hand of the cops.

Yet 10x as many Jan6'ers got sentenced to prison for one afternoon as BLM'ers, for all those months and months of mayhem.

They only tried to steal an election...:coffee1:

I bet the same grand jury would indict Trump for just about anything.  I case no no has notice, but the judiciary is as politically bent as the rest of the US.  Depending on which jurisdiction you are in that is. So James is in a jurisdiction where she will never be indicted but Trump would be indicted for eating a ham sandwich.

Imho, can you hear the flushing sound?  That's the United States going down the s**tter.

Pure speculation

What is known is that professional prosecutors refused to pursue the prosecution of James and Comey even if it meant resigning or being fired.

What's also known is that presumption of regularity, which is the term that means judges will assume that prosecutors are acting in good faith, is now in jeopardy. Judges are acting as though they no longer trust the justice department to be honest or honorable.

Oh buddy, I do feel sorry for you. This is all you have left, Sunny. This is as good as it's gonna get while MAGA heads for the scrap heap of history, where you belong.

But when life seems harsh don't forget that wonderful pacifier, THE LAPTOP! Stick it in your mouth and suck on it, buddy!

Error. There was an indictment but it was thrown out due to Ms. Halligan's involvement. The second grand jury did not issue an indictment.

Nor did the third.

Yes and my 'error' was related to this as above:

AI from Gemini:

Elements of Malicious Prosecution
For a successful malicious prosecution claim in New York, a plaintiff generally must establish the following four elements regarding the prior legal proceeding (usually criminal):

- The defendant commenced or continued a proceeding against the plaintiff.

- The proceeding was terminated in favor of the plaintiff.

- The claim lacked probable cause.

- The claim was brought out of actual malice (a wrong or improper motive).

In the case of the federal indictment against AG James, the termination in her favor (the judge throwing out the original indictment and the grand jury declining re-indictment) could be seen as satisfying the second element, bolstering her team's argument that the case was malicious.

Actually there were two grand juries that declined to indict. So that makes it even worse for the government's case

Total and utter humiliation!

Agree with your comment about "total and utter humiliation", they are a bunch of f/wits, and some, and all driven by donny and HIS f/wits. It certainly is a Clown Show and non-MAGA Americans should be ashamed as to how low the US has sunk under trump.

Any regret for kicking off the 3rd world banana republic lawfare against the man the democrats (correctly) knew they could not beat in a FAIR election? I mean the forum left displaying such angst and fear in this thread, but they were well warned against opening Pandoras box - which they went ahead and did anyway.

Reap it, sow it.

Sentiments like yours are an accurate reflection of what Trump has said. And it's his words that will probably snag for James a big fat settlement. In that case, she'll be crying all the way to the bank.

My choice for POTUS has 3 years left to serve. Thanks to him my Nasdaq and S&P etf's are through the roof setting all time high after all time highs. Kamala and Biden are somewhere between irrelevance and obscurity. Comey, Willis, James, Smith and the lawfare brigade are in a whole world of suffering. The Biden open border got slammed shut. The global warming hoax is looked at as a joke pretty much everywhere even by top leftie scientist mr Gates. Gas prices are down. The world knows what a women is again. Tom Homan and Steven Miller are magnificent. Trumps big beautiful tariffs are bringing back the jobs Obama falsely said could never come back. Were about to get $2,000 to fritter away. The Biden autopen pardons got cancelled. The top 17/17 threads are utterly deranged leftie tantrums over Trump.....

And you say my world is tumbling down? Hilarious🤣

There,there,feel better now?

Hilarious!

MAGA posts about it did not age well!

Another massive failure on the part of the Vendetta man. His angry tirades and missions of revenge do not seem to be resonating with the legal community. He is a goon, and he looks more ridiculous and more foolish everyday.

But he is a smart President. How do I know? He said so.

He is a very stable genius. Likely has an IQ beyond Einstein or Oppenheimer. A true rocket scientist.

And he is so articulate.

"It must be because of M.I.T., my relationship with M.I.T., very smart. I say, 'What would happen if the boat sank from its weight and you're in the boat and you have this tremendously powerful battery, and the battery is now underwater, and there's a shark that's approximately 10 yards over there?" Trump said. "By the way, lot of shark attacks lately. Did you notice that?"

During a meeting with the European Commission president, Ursula von der Leyen, Trump abruptly switched from discussing immigration to saying this: “The other thing I say to Europe: we’ve – we will not allow a windmill to be built in the United States. They’re killing us. They’re killing the beauty of our scenery.”

Trump proceeded to speak, non-stop and unprompted, for two minutes about windmills, claiming without evidence that they drive whales “loco” and that wind energy “kills the birds” (the proportion of birds killed by turbines is tiny compared with the number killed by domestic cats and from flying into power lines).
