As far I know 150km from the border is safe for now. Or to be actually correct 130km +- 

 

I wouldn’t worry to much about it. Can be a bomb or two at the marceds, shopping malls, or parks, but statistically not to much to worry about, but if the muslims takes advantage of the situation, Mayanmar (China) there can be som more potential damage, but this is Just China pulling some strings and keeping things in control. Cambodia have nothing, absolutely nothing to come with, without backing from Beijing.

It's amazing how the politicians and authorities don't learn, looking around the world don't they see how small disputes end up as a full blown war and a disaster for their people and economy...!? Nobody comes out better off after a war, not even the winner... (despite all the rhetorics they feed people)...

 

I wish they had a gene therapy for warmongers, so we could just live in peace..., and strangely this is all over a small temple that nobody cares about...!? 🤔 , there are so many peaceful ways to deal with them, even with their scammers blah blah...!

Nothing could be further from the truth. Its about warring unbridled military's in each country battling to control the Chinese mafia run illicit scam businesses. Thailand is loosing out budget wise from the scammers and Cambodia doesn't want to lose its ill gotten new economic subset, now a substantial part of their GDP.

 

Until the civilian governments can get a hand on this, perhaps they cannot, nothing will change. Thailand has new elections and maybe forms a new government mid next year?

We urgently need peace.

Neighbors fights each other, sometimes to death, so? Human nature is what it is! Jealous, greedy, lying, crazy revenge seeking is just few human traits. Add the psychology and humans personal dark triad leaders.
