Covid Vaxx Child Deaths? Color me surprised!

Atlantic Analysis: Could COVID Vaccines Have Caused Child Deaths?

A leaked memo from FDA vaccine regulator Vinay Prasad claimed that COVID-19 vaccines caused at least 10 deaths in American children, sparking intense debate among public health experts. In a December 2025 article for The Atlantic, author Benjamin Mazer examines this controversy, arguing that while Prasad's assertions lack supporting evidence and may be overstated, outright denial of any possible vaccine-related child deaths is problematic.

Prasad's internal email, sent shortly after Thanksgiving 2025, stated the FDA would acknowledge COVID vaccine deaths in children for the first time. This drew sharp criticism, including from former FDA commissioners who labeled it a threat to evidence-based policy. Experts like Paul Offit and Michael Osterholm expressed skepticism, noting no definitive proof links mRNA vaccines to fatalities, and large-scale studies show no excess mortality from COVID shots.

However, Mazer highlights that mRNA vaccines (Pfizer and Moderna) are known to rarely cause myocarditis, particularly in young males—a condition that can be fatal. Published case reports, including autopsies of two U.S. teenage boys and 21 adult deaths in South Korea, suggest vaccine-induced myocarditis has led to fatalities in rare instances. With tens of millions of pediatric doses administered, extremely rare adverse events are statistically possible.

The article critiques the public health community's response for demanding unusually high proof of causation when vaccines are involved, mirroring past skepticism about COVID hospitalizations. Mazer warns that absolute denial fuels anti-vaccine narratives and erodes trust, especially amid broader challenges to immunization programs. Acknowledging potential rare risks, while emphasizing overall vaccine safety and benefits against COVID-19, would strengthen credible messaging.

This nuanced discussion underscores the need for transparent, evidence-driven dialogue on COVID vaccine safety in children.

Key Takeaways

  • Rare myocarditis from mRNA COVID vaccines can potentially be fatal, with documented cases in adults and teens via autopsies.
  • Experts question Prasad's unsubstantiated claim of 10 child deaths but agree large studies detect no overall mortality increase.
  • Denying any possibility of vaccine-related deaths risks undermining public trust and aiding anti-vaccine efforts.

The Atlantic - a long time favorite of the so-called intellectual elites - has been supporting and actively contributing to the common MSM narrative that all vaccines are the Holy of Holy and should never ever be questioned, this to avoid what they consider the most terrible of all diseases: Vaccine Hesitancy,

The amount of evidence to the contrary has become inevitable to ignore and a majority of Americans have lost trust in vaccines and the whole medical establishment with its bought experts and MSM.

The article is meant to do some 'damage control' on their beloved narrative.  Yes, some kids have died from the covid-shots, but it was for the Greater Good.  But the cat is already long time out of the bag and has created a large offspring that will not voluntarily enter the bag again, and some felines are actively ripping the bag to shreds..

Exactly. The Atlantic is probably an intel publication, similar to the British newspapers owned by Robert Maxwell, father of Ghislaine Maxwell.

The reality of Covid is just sinking in.... Boris presided over an extra 20,000 deaths...and Trump...well...
