Were is it? Knowing th province might provide a clue.

It's about 45 kilometers south of Udon. There's not much there. There is a resort and a hotel but no night life. You would be ahead to stay in Udon Thani.

or Khon Kaen. See http://www.khonkaen.com/ but the site is not aways up ... this is Isarn, after all :o

The hotel is the KP Hotel and it has a pub called the Apple Pub by it but you may well be lonely there :o

There are a couple of bars in the town but erm, shall we say the locals can get a little restless during the evening.

If you choose to stay at the hotel you will likely meet the local expats using the pool and gym during the day.

Udon is half an hour drive away, lots of buses to and fro and cheap taxi's so not a major problem travelling between the two but if nightlife is what your looking for you will have a far great choice in Udon.

Hope this helps.
